Performance & Products in general

Apart from the the well-known road and leisure-time maps the product range of freytag & berndt includes all kinds of atlases, city-maps, hiking-maps, poster as well as multi-media-products.

The series of road, leisure time and city maps are folded in the format 13 x 24 cm protected with a soft cover. Dependent on the series the map provides additional information and details of the destination (f.e. post codes, tourist information, road distances, culture guides, car ferries, etc.).

All posters are available as flat sheets, folded or packed in a roll, metal-ledged, aluminium-covered up and as special manufacture with magnetical surface. To give an example, the following two posters of freytag & berndt which are unique in the european market and both available in English: The World Physical Relief of the Sea (scale 1:35 000 000) and the World Antique as reproduktion of John Speed´s map of 1651.

Products of Freytag & Berndt — especially atlases — are characterized with through-road-maps which give the user an overview on all highways through the city to simplfy quick and easy crossing. Moreover all important products are equipped with information to GPS.

With the new designed three-coulored terrain which guarantees an easier readable and more clearly arranged cartography the clients demands for modern maps and atlases have been taken into account.
